Residential Building in Humpolec – Execution of Superstructure

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the processing of the building-technological project for Implementation os Superstructure of Residetial building in Humpolec. For the realization of the stage was elaborated a technological note for proces of vertical and forizontal carrying construction. Horizontal elements are made of masonry system Porotherm and concrete columns. Horizontal floors are made of concrete. Thesis also contains budget, time schedule, machine assembly, organization of construction proces. In traffic part, roads was planned from the suppliers to the place of construction.

Bachelor´s thesis on theme Family house with café in Otice near Opava-level documentation for execution of works. The building was developed so that the building is divided into two parts. The second part is a house associated with garage.The family house has two floors. On the first floor is a garage, utility room, study with a private bathroom. On the second floor are designed living room with a quiet zone. across living room and bedroom access is possible on the outdoor terrace. In second floor is designed flat roof. The second part of building is the cafe, which is located on the ground floor. Above the café is designed flat roof. External bearing walls and interior load-bearing walls were structurally designed masonry Porotherm system. The building is an insulated outer contact insulation.
Family house with a café

The subject of this thesis is to develop drawings for a new family house with an establishment - café. The building is located in Slavkov u Brna. It is located on flat terrain. It has a basement and two floors. On the first floor we find a cafe with outdoor seating for guests. Part of the café is a game room in the basement. The second floor is used for housing a family of four. Part of the house is built-in garage. Masonry is made up of masonry system Porotherm, overhead structures are made of POT beams and ceramic shims Miako. The whole house is covered with a hipped roof. The project was developed in AutoCAD.
Detached House with Pedagogical-Psychological Guidance Centre

Bachelor thesis on The new detached house with pedagogical-psychological Guidance Centre at the documentation for the execution of works was drawn up so that the object is divided into two parts. The first part is a detached house with garage. There is an attic above the prevailing flat house, which has a shed roof. The roof over the garage, store and sanitary facilities is flat roof. There were designed operating room and daily room on the first floor and there is a quiet zone for the family in the attic. Entry to the garage is also possible through the vestibule. The living room provides entry to the outdoor terrace. The second part is a Guidance Centre, which is located on the ground floor. There is designed a shed roof. Circumferential load-bearing walls and interior load-bearing walls were structurally designed masonry system Porotherm. The entire building is insulated by ETICS. There are combinations of white, grey and brown shades of colors on a facade. Draft stationary traffic for counseling clients and residents of the detached house was situated in the northern part of the site.

The bachelor thesis contains design and construction solution of a multi-storey apartment building with an office in Postřelmov in the stage of the project documentation for construction. The block of flats is rectangular and has three floors and one basement. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the east. The entrance to the office is designed as a barrier-free access using an access ramp. In the basement there is a garage for three cars and a technical background. The first floor is occupied by the wellness center, and on the second and third floor there are four residential units. The base structure is made of reinforced concrete belts and in the garage space there are two baseplates designed. Horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures are designed in the Porotherm masonry system, non-load bars are designed using YTONG blocks. The building is roofed with a saddle roof with sheet metal cover. A part of the project documentation is also construction-physical assessment and fire-safety solution of the building.

The subject of bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new construction of an apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey building with a basement. There are 9 apartments on the upper floors. One od them is a barrier-free. In the basement there is a common house equipment aned collective garage. The apartments on the first floor have their own terrace and the apartments on the second and third floors have their own balcony. The vertical construcion system in the upper floors is brick. The basement is made of hydraulic concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofingv is designes as a single-skin flat green roof. Subject of this bachelor’s thesis is construction project of family house with hairdresser’s workroom. The house is located in South Moravia region in cadastral area of Soběšice. The house is situated on slight down sloped terrain and has two overground floors and one subterranean storey. The hairdresser’s workshop is situated on the first overground floor with North-East orientation. The main part of the first overground floor is used for family habitation. Garage is situated in basement. The brickwork is made of masonry system POROTHERM, overhead structures from POT girders and ceramic shims MIAKO. The roof construction of family house is hipped roof with truss structures. The hairdresser’s room and living room overheads are made of flat onecoated walkable roof which serves as a terrace.
